2020 Drift Ice Festival – Changes

Due to the lack of snow this year, the dates for the annual Drift Ice Festival held in Abashiri will be changed as follows:

dates: February 8 (Sat) and 9 (Sun)
time: not yet finalized
at: Abashiri Port

Details are not yet confirmed, but as of now we’ve been informed that there will be no snow sculptures – instead fireworks and character-shows and karaoke contest.
