Ice Fishing at Lake Abashiri Starts January 7 (Sat)!!

Smelt fish ice fishing that was postponed will start tomorrow January 7 from 8:30am. The ice fishing site is located between the camping site and Hotel Abashiri Koso along Lake Abashiri.

It’ll cost about 1800 yen including the fishing gadgets, bait and fishing license. You’ll need to pay extra for a tent and to cook your catch at the site.

The closing time is 4pm.
